20 Patterns in Action [EN]

This training game will help participants deepen their knowledge of D, I, S, and C behaviors and their combinations. They recognize behavioral tendencies and identify facial expressions associated with them. Participants must find the location of the cards on the D.I.S.C. map (the persolog Personality Model Grid).

The package contains 95 cards, divided in 5 categories, that determine the length and difficulty of the game. The 5 card types are as follows:

• Diagram and entry number
• Picture and words - 2-3 typical indicators
• Description - explanation of the behavioral tendencies in a few sentences
• Face - facial expression related to the behavior
• Question - related to the specific pattern of behavior
