“The world belongs to the person who acts.”
Arab proverb

The globalized world has now become part of our everyday life, determining our actions in a variety of different ways. In the interview with C. K. Prahalad, find out which principles for action he derives from the globalized world. At ASTD, the world’s premier event for workplace learning and performance, I gathered information on the latest international trends and best practices. As a trainer, you too will increasingly deal with participant groups from around the world. This is why we have chosen to go into more detail about globalization in this newsletter.

With my very best regards

Score at international training courses!

Training courses attended by participants from all over the world have become the order of the day. Imagine that you are conducting a course for an international audience. It is about personality –  and every person present, whether American, Italian, Polish, or Korean, receives questionnaires and evaluation forms in his or her own native language. By ensuring this, you have already won over the participants and can go on to dedicate yourself to course content and interpretation.
