Every one of us has our own personal convictions and values – standpoints that we need in order to stand with our feet firmly on the ground in life. However, others sometimes regard this steadfastness as a form of obstinacy or inflexibility. This happens to all of us, especially when we are not fully acquainted with our own convictions or do not consciously live them.

For this reason, you should take a critical look at your values and attitudes on a regular basis.  Personal strengths are built up on the basis of knowing one’s own self – one’s personality.

There is hardly a personality trainer who knows who is awaiting him or her in the seminar room. Which behavioral dimension is strongly represented? Which one not at all?
