The persolog Team Dynamic Profile was developed by Prof. John G. Geier in collaboration with persolog. In the seminar you learn,

The persolog Team Dynamic Profile works like this. It is divided into three work steps:
1. Self-analysis
Personal experience and feelings about a particular team situation are analyzed by means of questionnaires.
2. Interpretation of the results
The results of the questionnaires are depicted by means of a surface diagram and sub-divided into four interpretation levels:
- Level 1: you recognize and understand the individual behavior of the team members
- Levels 2 and 3: seven contributions and four combined contributions result from the behaviors whose characteristics, opportunities and limits are worked out.
- Level 4: the individual contributions are used as part of the PEPE Process. The objective is the active and solution-oriented involvement of team members in the improvement process. (The PEPE Process is an internationally proven tool for effectively implementing improvements. PEPE stands for the equivalent of collecting positive experiences, collecting bottlenecks, determining problems and eliminating bottlenecks.)
3. Development of strategies
Person-related strategies for more team compatibility are developed with the four interpretation levels. Individual steps and measures are defined with the help of action plans and activating questions and quotes.
