persolog was established in Denmark in 2004. The main focus of the business was on translation, cultural adaptation and basic validation of the persolog Personality Factor Profile. We also concentrated on establishing a network of certificed trainers....

In the beginning of 2009 the organisation was reorganised, and two new partners joined. persolog i Danmark now operates an office in Holbæk, where daily Academy and publishing house activities take place, while the consultancy is run from the office in Odense by the consulting company Wittnebel & Wiedemann.

Today, the portfolio consists of a total of 27 products and profiles – divided into the main concepts of the persolog Personality Factor Model, the persolog Team Dynamics Model and the persolog Time Management Model.

Our goal for 2009 is to fully integrate eport in Danish, the online platform for our products. We also focus on the validation process. When this is completed, it will make us the most competitive supplier for feedback instruments in Denmark as no other profiling system on the Danish market is fully validated.

The Danish market is very familiar with the use of profiles and tests in general – and personality profiles in particular. We have experienced great success in using the persolog Personality Factor Profile in coaching and highly recommend our certified trainers who coach to do the same.
 
Part of our business strategy is to form an attractive network of professionals. Our customers’ potential is the basis for our growth in training, coaching and recruitment. The culture at persolog Denmark is based on a close professional relationship with customers, which enables us to stay in touch with their needs and market requirements. Communication between us and the market is thus simple and efficient.

Our focus this year is on team development.
In January, we launched the Team Dynamics and Team Development with concepts based on the behavioral dimensions D, I, S and C.

In June, all our certified trainers are invited to participate in a match race event at TMC Matchrace in Middelfart – one of the Danish Olympic match race centres. It will be both a networking event for our dedicated trainers as well as an experience in practical teamwork.
