''A man’s strength lies in admitting his weakness.''
Honoré de Balzac (1799-1850) French author

It is good to know your weaknesses. This enables you to work on them and to turn them into strengths. But in doing so, you should not neglect the strengths you already have. They also need to be maintained; otherwise an old strength can quickly become a new weakness. A woman, or a man, is not strong until he or she acknowledges own weaknesses and strengths!
