Refresher seminar on the persolog Personality Factor Model
The persolog Personality Factor Model is continuously revised and scientifically reviewed. In spring 2004, we developed the third generation of the model and have successfully established it. The model meanwhile offers 7 Discovery Steps and a variety of interpretation options.
Learning Targets
Participants are introduced to the innovations in the persolog Personality Factor Model.
They learn to deploy the persolog Personality Factor Profile with its 7 Discovery Steps.
They are introduced to the new adaptation possibilities.

- Exercises on the 7 Discovery Steps
- Practice interpretation of the new questionnaires
- Behavior modification with the behavior dimensions of the persolog Personality Factor Model
- Introduction to the possibilities for adaptation
- Introduction to persolog innovations (e.g. trainer pages, Webshop, persolog Online)
Methods
Participants are introduced to the 7 Discovery Steps by means of exercises. The theory and background are explained in a lecture. Questions are answered and experience deepened through discussion.
