Leading with the persolog® Personality Factor Profile

People who deal effectively with themselves and others perform the best. Management skills of leaders depend above all on their self-management and staff leadership abilities. Motivation and competencies can be increased by building sustainable relationships and creating a [positive] working environment for employees. In the qualification seminar participants will become acquainted with the training concept for leadership with the persolog® Personality Factor Profile: “You cannot motivate people. Learning Targets

  • Participants will become acquainted with the relation between natural leadership skills and leadership competence.
  • They will learn how to evaluate staff behavior according to the persolog Personality Factor Theory.
  • They will become familiar with our tools as elements of effective leadership. They will learn how the persolog® Personality Factor Profile can improve perception and increase ability to understand how things are connected and how to make decisions accordingly.
  • Participants will increase the efficiency of their leadership qualities.
  • They will learn specific methods and solutions for planning and implementing management training.

Methods

Exercises and case studies that have proven effective in practice will be introduced. Presentations will repeat and intensify theory and background of the persolog Personality Factor Model. The seminar is enhanced by the use of case studies, videos, and presenter and participant feedback, exercises and an intensive exchange of experience.
