Participants will learn flexible application of the Personality Factor Model based on the four behavior dimensions Dominant, Influencing, Steady and Cautious in training.
They will learn how to apply different training methods using the persolog® Personality Factor Profile’s learning tools.
They will learn how to assess and address trainees more quickly, as well as what must be borne in mind as a trainer regarding their behavioral tendencies of the persolog Personality Factor Model.
The participants will also learn from each other as the exchange of experience between professionals is an important element of the seminar.

• Reflection on one’s role as a trainer and on one’s own Personality Factor Profile
• Use of the Personality Factor Profile (hard copy) and the Online Profile with leadership evaluation
• Methods and techniques for using other materials: card game, Intendo cards, and strategy planner

After a brief theoretical introduction to the training, participants will break out into groups of two and three. In this practical exercise, they will discuss specific hypothetical situations or actual situations from own training sessions. The results of the break-out groups will be summarized in a “Chart of techniques” for the group as a whole. This technique allows professional reconstruction of training sessions using “photographic minutes” after the seminar.
