Effective self-leadership means consciously activating, controlling and strengthening your own mental resources and potential in a target-oriented way. In everyday professional and private life, many mental barriers must be overcome in order for people to meet the growing demands placed on them. Professor Dr. Günter F. Müller, psychologist for work and organization at the University of Landau, Germany, has dealt with the related questions and the issue of how to come closer to achieving a fulfilling and satisfying (working) life.
The results are the basis of the persolog® Self-Leadership Profile. Participants will work with this at both a theoretical and practical level during the one-day certification seminar.
Learning Targets
Participants will become acquainted with the Self-Management Profile and learn to work with it independently.
Participants will get to know the Self- Management Profile’s three stages of interpretation and will learn how to apply them.
Participants will become familiar with the self-management strategies. They will then be able to apply these strategies to their customers, thus contributing to their future personal development.
Participants will learn how to establish transfer measures.

Methods
Exercises and group work that has proven effective in practice, work on one’s own resources, self-study, selfreflection and partner exercises.
Presentations will be given to explain theory and background.
