Learning targets
Participants will become acquainted with the Personality Factor Model and will be able to work independently with the four behavior dimensions Dominant, Influencing, Steady and Cautious.
Participants will learn about the interpretation stages of the persolog® Personality Factor Profile and how to apply them.
Participants will master basic training skills and will be able to apply them independently together with their customers and adapt them to the needs of their target group.

- Theoretical background of the persolog® Personality Factor Profile
- History of the profile
- Basic knowledge of statistics and research on the model
- Exercises on the various stages of interpretation
- Getting to know the various opportunities for adapting the model and its various products
- Familiarization with the seminar script and the background information on the basic model based on the trainer’s guide
- Designing a seminar on the persolog ® Personality Factor Profile
- Introduction to the computersupported evaluation function and its applications
Methods
Presentations will enhance participant knowledge of the model’s theory and background. Instruction will be complemented by proven exercises, case studies, group work, self-study and partner exercises, and by brief presentations, presenter and group feedback and work with computer-aided software and training video exercises.
