Programs and analysis tools are needed to do this effectively. The persolog® Teenager Profile provides you with a method aimed at helping teens develop their personality. The 11 modules consistently guide adolescents in self-reflection, enabling them to discover not only their own strengths but also the strengths of others.
Learning targets
Teachers, instructors and youth leaders will become acquainted with an approach that enables them to create a positive learning environment for students and trainees in the field of personal development. They can then introduce and guide the target group to personal development.
Contents
On the basis of the Personality Factor Model 11 sections instruct adolescents in learning about their own behavior, their strengths and weaknesses and how others perceive them. They will also learn mutual appreciation and appropriate treatment of others.

Methods
Participants will engage in practical exercises that have proven effective. Model theory and background will be presented and explained. Break-out groups will also prepare presentations and receive feedback from the facilitator and group as a whole.
