Certification – Learning and Teaching
There is greater and greater seminar demand for it: participant orientation. Instruction should be geared to learners, and traditional classroom teaching as we know it finally shelved. A difficult situation for instructors, since every participant learns in his or her own individual way. Classroom instruction can however be the right educational choice for certain teaching units. And furthermore, in short seminars it is difficult to know the participants and their style of learning and to gear one’s own teaching style to it. persolog® Learning and Teaching was developed to this end. It enables a quick assessment of learning and teaching styles –for more effective learning!

Content
- Seminar design of a seminar on learning and teaching
- Theoretical background of the program
- Getting to know personal learning and teaching styles
- Reflecting on one’s own learning style
- Reflecting on one’s own teaching behavior
Methods
Practical exercises and group work, work on one’s own resources, self-study, self-reflection and partner exercises.
Theory and background of the model are introduced and dealt with in detail through lectures.
