Methods
Contents are prepared, based on the example of an imaginary company (case example). Each participant in the seminar will be introduced to the benchmark process and the applicant-process. As in practice, a benchmark will be established and an applicant interview prepared. The theory and background of the Employee Integrative System will be explained through short impulses.
